5 • Business Postponement and Deregistration

If you decided to close your business at a certain point, you’ll have to deregister the company. However, before you submit the application for deregistration, you shall consider the process and requirement for deregistration.

6 • Change in Business Details
Throughout the life of a corporation, changes are likely to occur.
Commonly, after incorporating or when changes were made to a company, it turns out that although the corporation agreed for these changes to be made, they are not timely filed with the relevant regulatory institutions.
No matter if it is a change in your company’s name, business activity, registered office address, company officers or holding capital, the company is required to keep any changes to this information updated with the relevant regulatory authorities. The application shall also be filed within specific number of days after such changes had happened to avoid unnecessary penalty.
